Improvements to the CHO approval form
In response to prescriber feedback, improvements have been made to the CHO approval form in Canberra Script. The ‘Action’ menu has been replaced by ‘sticky buttons’, which always appear at the bottom of screen (see example below).
The buttons at the bottom of the CHO Approval screen will vary depending on the status of the CHO approval or application that you are viewing:

Submit a new application or provide a response to a request for additional information or specialist support. See CHO Approvals |

Cancel a CHO approval application that is no longer required. You can use this button to cancel a previously saved draft (status shown as ‘Pending’) or an application that has been submitted to Pharmaceutical Services. |

Revoke a current CHO approval that is no longer required. |

|
Renew or amend a current CHO approval. You can use this button to create a new application from a current CHO approval. Data from the existing approval will prefill the new application, which can then be amended as required and submitted to Pharmaceutical Services. |

| Clear any changes and exit from a CHO approval application. | |
| Save an application as a draft (status shown as ‘Pending’) or add correspondence to a previously submitted application. |
